In a gesture to stand beside those in need, Jubo League, the youth wing of Bangladesh Awami League, has donated warm clothes among as many as 1,05,000 people.
Over last couple of months, the organization’s leaders and activists across the country undertook this extensive programme and distributed warm clothes at the grassroots.

Led by Sheikh Fazle Shams Parash, chairman of Jubo League, and general secretary Mainul Hossain Khan Nikhil, this humanitarian gesture drew praises from Awami League President Sheikh Hasina, according to a press release.
Earlier, during the Covid-19 pandemic induced lockdown, this affiliate body of Awami League led a campaign at the grassroots to provide people with free masks, oxygen cylinders, ambulance services and also performed burials.
