Opposition leader and Jatiya Party Chief Patron Raushan Ershad has requested Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina not to form any electoral alliance with Jatiya Party’s GM Quader.
During her meeting with PM Hasina at her official residence Gonobhaban on Tuesday, Raushan said she suggested making the next national polls more acceptable by ensuring a competitive election across the country through Jatiya Party’s participation without any alliance.
In a written speech circulated among the journalists, the JP chief patron said GM Quader illegally captured JP leadership and dropped her, her son and important leaders from party nomination.
