Bangladesh will take on hosts UAE Sunday in the first match of the two-match T20 series.
The series has been organised to help Bangladesh gear up for the New Zealand tri-series and the T20 World Cup in Australia next month.
Rangana Herath, spin bowling coach of Bangladesh, said the UAE tour is a great chance for the Bangladesh team to prepare well ahead of the World Cup.
Nurul Hasan Sohan will lead the Bangladesh team in this series in the absence of regular captain Shakib Al Hasan who is now playing in the Caribbean Premier League for Guyana Amazon Warriors in the West Indies.
The matches will begin at 8pm Bangladesh time. The second and last match will take place on September 27.
