The Maldives batted first after winning the toss and were bundled out cheaply for 16 runs in 10.1 overs.
Later, hosts Nepal easily reached their target scoring match-winner 17 runs, playing just five balls without losing any wickets.
Top two teams will play final on December 8 at the TU Cricket ground.
