Bangladesh have been placed in Group A along with Nepal and Bhutan while Group B comprises of Sri Lanka, Maldives and India.
Bangladesh will play Bhutan on December 3 in the second and last group match.
The top two teams will play the semifinals on December 8 while the final and 3rd place decider will be held on December 10, all at Dasarath Rangasala Stadium.
All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) revealed the fixture in a draw ceremony in Kathmandu on Friday.
Earlier, Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) announced a 20-member Bangladesh team ahead of the SA Games on November 19.
The booters were scheduled for a 8-day residential training camp under Head Coach Jamie Day from November 21.
But the training camp was canceled as the BPL champions Bashundhara Kings denied the early release of the eight players --- nisur Rahman, Yeasin Khan, Bishwanath Gosh, Sushanta Tripura, Biplu Ahmed, Mohammad Ibrahim, Mahbubur Rahman Sufil and Rabiul Hasan.
