Eight players are sharing the second spot with 3.5 points each.
They are IM Mohammad Fahad Rahman of Bangladesh Ansar, IM Mohammad Minhaz Uddin and FM Khandaker Aminul Islam of Bangladesh Navy, CM Nayem Haque of Bangladesh Biman, Anata Choudhury, FM Syed Mahfuzur Rahman and CM Md Shawket Bin Osman Shaon.
In the day's matches, CM Neer drew with IM Fahad. FM Subrota beat FM Javed, FM Parag beat Afzal Hossain Sacchu, CM Sharif beat Md Tipu Sultan, and IM Minhaz beat CM Mahtabuddin Ahmed.
FM Tahsin Tajwar drew with Md Abzid Rahman, CN Nayem beat Md Sariatullah.
FM Sheikh Nasir Ahmed split point with Md Siddiqur Rahman, Anata Choudhury with Mohammed Enayet Hossain, and FM Amin with Mukitul Islam Ripon.
FM Mahfuz beat Md Ataur Rahman and CM Shaon beat Md Asifur Rahman.
