Key Features of OnePlus 9 Pro
It’s already been several months since the phone was released. So, we have got enough time to research the features of the phones. Hence, we have come up with concrete information about all the features.
Design
The OnePlus 9 Pro doesn’t come with a significant change from the company’s last few smartphones. For the last few years, the design remains more or less the same as the company’s OnePlus 7 handset. However, there have been revolutionary changes in the features.
The OnePlus 9 Pro looks elegant and the design can make you feel premium you hold it. It has Gorilla glass 5 built panel in both front and rear sides.

The phone has metal edges. You will find the power button on the right edge, while a silencer slider is located above the power button. The silencer slider will let you mute your phone anytime quickly. Further, the volume rocket button is located on the left edge of 9 Pro.
The bottom part of the phone contains a USB-C charging slot a speaker grille and a sim card drawer.
The previous versions of the OnePlus have a camera bump on the rear of the phone, but 9 Pro has trimmed down the bump. Additionally, you will find a Hasselblad logo emblazoned on the back alongside the four shooters.

Furthermore, the rear part of the phone has gentle curves at the edges. The dimension of the phone is 163.2 x 73.6 x 8.7mm and the weight is 197 grams, which is a typical proportion for the OnePlus phones.
You can select from three colors: forest green, morning mist, and Steller black. However, you may not get all the colors in Bangladeshi stores. It depends on the location and the stores. Overall, OnePlus 9 Pro’s design can challenge any top-end phones available in the market.
Display
The OnePlus has a large screen with high resolution that certainly suits to its pro status. Its 6.7 inch (corner to corner) display features QHD resolution (1440 x 3216p) and 525 pixels per inch. The AMOLED panel is highly noticeable if you turn the display. Besides, you will notice that images are jumping out, and also the texts appear razor-sharp. The auto-brightness mode can easily control the brightness of the phone in direct sunlight.

The refresh rate of the display is 120Hz which is normal as well as higher in higher-end Android phones nowadays. This means the display refreshes 120 times in a second, while the older smartphones used to refresh 60 times per second. Therefore, you will experience a smoother on-screen image and you can play high-resolution action games with no interruption.
The display has an on-screen fingerprint scanner, which works faster than other flagship phones in 2021.

Camera
OnePlus has always tried to stay top end when it comes to the camera department. Thus, the OnePlus Pro 9 has the best camera from the company. OnePlus has stepped up into the game as they included new sensors and at least one of the sensors is made with Sony, while it also teamed up with famed camera maker Hasselblad to upgrade the color combination. So, the 9 Pro camera series is able to take photos as realistic as possible with an accurate color combination.
The main camera has a 48MP rear shooter that has a Sony IMX789 sensor. Furthermore, it also features three more cameras on the rear which includes a 50MP ultra-wide camera using a Sony IMX766 sensor. Besides, an 8MP telephoto shooter is also available with a camera that adds up to 3x optical zoom. Additionally, a 2MP monochrome shooter allows getting high-quality black and white images.

While the telephoto zoom can take the picture at up to 3x optical zoom, the digital zoom can take any picture at up to 30x zoom. However, images taken with optical zoom are usable.
The cameras can also take high-quality videos in 8K at up to 30 frames per second. Other video recording options include 4K at 30, 60, or even at 120 frames per second. On the front, you will get a 16MP Sony IMX741 sensor with an f/2.4 aperture.
Processor, Memory, OS
It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset which can give you an impressive top-end performance. With this processor, you can load multiple apps in no time. It comes with 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB variants. However, the OnePlus 9 Pro does not offer an external micro SD card, so the built-in storage is your only solution.

Depending on the memory phone’s performance will vary significantly. For instance, the 12GB RAM will get you an average Geekbench 5 multi-core score of 3630, which beats the current generation's top-end phone Samsung Galaxy S21.
9 Pro runs by OnePlus’s OxygenOS on top of Android 11. Therefore, you will find a variety of useful features by default.
Battery
Although the phone’s other features are game-changing, the battery at 4,500mAh is not large enough. Today, many budget phones are offering powerful batteries under affordable price ranges. But, the 65-watt wired charging is impressive while it also supports 50-watt wireless charging. The battery gets a full charge in just 29 minutes.
