Besides, the country reported 490 deaths since Monday morning, pushing the death toll to 123,097, added the ministry's data, reports Xinhua.
Still there are 541,405 active COVID-19 cases in the country, while 7,603,121 people have been successfully cured and discharged from hospitals so far.

The death toll from Covid-19 in the world reached 1,205, 221 while the total caseload surpassed 46,801,621 as of Tuesday morning.
