The top eight teams from the Twenty20 World Cup 2022 in Australia will qualify for the next edition. In addition, the Windies and the United States will be able to compete in the tournament league phase. The remaining two teams will be decided by the teams with the highest rankings as of November 14th. The top three teams in the rankings will progress if the West Indies finish in the top eight in the 2022 World Cup. The top two teams will qualify for the main tournament in 2024 if the West Indies finish outside the top eight.
