Tigers' Zimbabwe tour: Naim, Ebadot added to ODI squad
Opener Mohammad Naim and pacer Ebadot Hossain have been added to the Bangladesh squad for the ODI series against Zimbabwe, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) said Saturday.
The players were called up to play in the ODIs after Nurul Hasan Sohan and Liton Das were ruled out of the series due to injuries.
Bangladesh lost the first ODI of the series Friday. This was the first ODI win of Zimbabwe against Bangladesh in nine years.
Also, this was the first time that Zimbabwe won an ODI match against Bangladesh by chasing 300 or more runs.

Before that match, Bangladesh won 19 ODIs in a row against Zimbabwe.
The second and third ODIs of the series will be played on August 7 and 10 at the Harare Sports Club.
Ahead of the ODI series, Bangladesh lost the three-match T20I series 2-1 against the hosts.

WI v BAN: Ebadot shines with ball in tour match
Right-arm Bangladeshi pacer Ebadot Hossian scalped three wickets on the second day of the three-day practice match between Bangladesh XI and Cricket West Indies President XI in Antigua.
Bangladesh scored 310 for seven and declared their first innings. Tamim Iqbal scored 162 for the visitors.
In reply, CWI President XI scored 201 for four at the end of day two. Jeremy Solozano of CWI President XI scored 89 and remained unbeaten while Tagenarine Chanderpaul scored 59 for them.

For Bangladesh, Ebadot bagged three wickets conceding 51 runs in 12 overs while Rejaur Rahman Raja took one wicket.
After this tour match, Bangladesh and West Indies will take on each other in a two-match Test, three-match ODI and three-match T20I series.
The first Test of the series will begin on June 16 at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, North Sound, Antigua and the second Test will be played at Daren Sammy National Cricket Stadium, Gros Islet, St Lucia from June 24.

While the first two T20Is will be played at Windsor Park, Roseau, Dominica on July 2 and 3 respectively, the third T20I and all three ODIs will be played at Providence Stadium, Guyana on July 10, 13 and 16 respectively.
