Bangladesh bowl first
Bangladesh bowl first in T20I series opener
Bangladesh lost the toss and were asked to bowl first in the first T20I of the three-match series against Zimbabwe at the Harare Sports Club Saturday.
The Tigers lost their last T20I series against the West Indies 2-0. But they are a better side considering the strength of Zimbabwe. So, the visitors have a great chance to bounce back.
Bangladesh fielded three pacers – Taskin Ahmed, Mustafizur Rahman and Shoriful Islam in this match. Anamul Haque, who recently returned to the national team but failed to impress, got another chance to bring his domestic prowess to the international level.
Munim Shahriar and Najmul Hossain Shanto were included in Bangladesh playing XI for the first match.
