UGC Job Circular: UGC will recruit multiple officers, application fee 800-1000
University Grants Commission of Bangladesh (UGC) has released a recruitment circular for several vacant posts. Seven employees will be appointed in six categories in this institution. Interested candidates should apply directly or by post in the prescribed schedule.
1. Post Name: Additional Director (Research Support and Publication)
No. of Posts: 1
Qualification and Experience:
Graduate Degree with Honors or Post Graduate Degree from a recognized University. All levels must have minimum second division/class/equivalent grade. Must have at least 14 years of experience in the post of Class I Officer (Grade IX of National Pay Scale and above) in Education/Administration/Research/Planning & Development-related work in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Institutions.
Must have at least four years of experience in Deputy Director/equivalent post (Grade V of National Pay Scale). Must have clear understanding of government regulations along with experience in computer usage.
Age: Below 48 years
Pay Scale: TK.56, 500–74,400.

2. Post Name: Additional Director/Deputy Chief Engineer
No. of Posts: 1
Qualification and Experience: B.Sc Engineering/Graduate with Honors in Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/Telecommunications/Electrical & Electronics/Applied Physics & Electronics/Electronics & Computer Science from a recognized university. Must have minimum second division/class/equivalent grade at all levels. Must have certification in Oracle/Linux/Cisco/Microsoft.

Qualification and Experience: Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/URP/Building Engineering & Construction Management from a recognized University or Post Graduate Degree with Honors in Economics/Development Studies. Must have minimum second division/class/equivalent grade at all levels.
Minimum of five years of experience in Senior Assistant Director/Equivalent post (Grade VI of National Pay Scale). Must have clear understanding of government regulations along with experience in computer usage.

Interested candidates should fill the information in the prescribed table and send the necessary documents along with the application form to the commission directly or by post. The name of the post should be mentioned on the envelope. Submission of application form – information table, terms and conditions and necessary detailed instructions can be collected from the job circular link in the download service box of the website of the commission. Apart from this, the necessary information can also be collected from the UGC website.
Application fee for UGC
Pay order or bank draft of Tk 1000 for 1st to 3rd post and Tk 800 for 4th to 6th post in favor of Secretary, Bangladesh University Grant Commission for application fee.
Documents to be attached in the application form
· Resume as per prescribed schedule.
· Receipt of Pay-Order/Bank Draft.
· Three copies of recent passport size attested photographs.
· Attested photocopies of all examination pass certificates/certificates.
· Attested photocopy of experience certificate
· Attested photocopy of nationality certificate issued by concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Chairman/Ward Commissioner of City Corporation in support of own district.
Attested photocopy of degree equivalency certificate in case of degree obtained from foreign educational institution.
