The match was locked in 1-1 goals in the first half. Akbar put Police team ahead in the 11th minute (1-0) while Sabbir levelled the margin for the Kings in the 36th minute from a penalty (1-1). Ramzan and Rafiqul scored two more goals for the Kings in span of just minute in the 52nd and 57th minutes (3-1).
