The Forest Department has rescued a rare species of olive ridley sea turtle weighing about 35 kg while it was stuck in the mud while laying eggs in Manpura upazila of Bhola. The turtle was released into the water after being rescued from Kada Char on the bank of the Meghna River near Ishwarganj of the upazila on Monday morning.
