The Cabinet on Monday has cleared the draft of Law and Order Disruption (Speedy Trial) Act 2024, aiming to make the existing provisional law as a permanent one. He said the existing Law and Order Disruption (Speedy Trial) Act would be effective till April 9, 2024.
