US-Bangla adds one more Boeing 737-800 to its fleet
Private carrier US-Bangla Airlines has added one more Boeing 737-800 aircraft to its fleet.
With the addition of one Boeing 737-800, the number of US-Bangla Airlines aircraft now stands at 17, highest among the private airlines of Bangladesh, Md Kamrul Islam, general manager (public relations) of the US-Bangla, said Sunday.

The new Boeing 737-800 landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka Saturday at 5:50pm directly from Kuwait. Captain Lutfor Rahman, chief executive officer of US-Bangla, officially received the aircraft.
The aircraft has 189 economy class seats, Kamrul said.
Apart from operating flights on all domestic routes, US-Bangla now runs flights to Kolkata, Chennai, Male, Muscat, Doha, Dubai, Sharjah, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Guangzhou.

US-Bangla launches Dhaka-Bangkok, Chattogram-Kolkata flights
Private carrier US-Bangla Airlines launched two international flights -- one on the Dhaka-Bangkok route and another on the Chattogram-Kolkata route -- on Thursday morning.
The flight on the Dhaka-Bangkok route took off from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in the capital around 10.10am and is slated to land at Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi International Airport at 1.40pm (local time), said Md Kamrul Islam, general manager (public relations) of the carrier.
The return flight will leave Bangkok at 2.40pm (local time) on the same day and arrive in Dhaka at 4.20pm. The airline will operate flights on the Dhaka-Bangkok route five days a week, except for Mondays and Wednesdays.

Meanwhile, the flight on the Chattogram-Kolkata route took off from Shah Amanat International Airport in the port city around 10.15am and landed at Kolkata's Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport at 11.40pm (local time).
The return flight will leave Kolkata at 12.40pm (local time) on the same day and arrive in Chattogram at 2.10pm.
The flight on the Chattogram-Kolkata route will operate seven days a week.
Apart from operating flights on all domestic routes, US-Bangla now runs flights to global destinations like Singapore, Chennai, Male, Guangzhou, Kuala Lumpur, Doha, Sharjah, Dubai and Muscat.

Planning a trip to Thailand?
Well, private carrier US-Bangla Airlines has announced a special package for Bangkok with free accommodation. The package will be valid from September 1 to October 31.
The special package starting from TK 33,000 includes a one-way ticket on the Dhaka-Bangkok route, free stay at popular hotels such as Manhattan Sukhumvit, Hotel Ambassador and Grand President Hotel for two nights and daily buffet breakfast.
The package is available for at least two tickets purchased together from any sales office of the carrier.
Outside the package, regular fare for the Dhaka-Bangkok-Dhaka flight has been fixed at Tk 24,140 and the price of the return ticket has been fixed at Tk 32,176, including taxes and surcharges.
US-Bangla is going to operate flights to Bangkok five days a week, except Mondays and Wednesdays.

Regular flight for Bangkok will leave Dhaka at 10.10am and will reach Thai capital at 1.40pm. The return flight will leave Bangkok at 2.40pm and reach Dhaka at 4.20pm.

Apart from the Dhaka-Bangkok-Dhaka flight, US Bangla is currently operating flights to various destinations, including Singapore, Chennai, Male, Guangzhou, Kuala Lumpur, Doha, Sharjah, Dubai, Muscat and Kolkata.

US-Bangla resumes Chattogram-Kolkata flights September 1
Private carrier US-Bangla Airlines will resume its flights on the Chattogram-Kolkata-Chattogram route on September 1.
The airline will operate flights on this route seven days a week, Md Kamrul Islam, general manager (public relations) of the US-Bangla, said Sunday.
The flights will leave Shah Amanat International Airport at 11:10am and will land at Kolkata's Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport at 11:40pm (local time).

Triplover, US-Bangla sponsor Dhaka Travel Mart 2022
Bangladeshi online travel agency Triplover has become the title sponsor of the upcoming Dhaka Travel Mart 2022, the 17th edition of the oldest international travel and tourism fair in the country.
Private carrier US-Bangla Airlines is the co-sponsor of the fair organised by travel and tourism publication The Bangladesh Monitor.
The three-day Dhaka Travel Mart will be held at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka from June 2 to 4.
Kazi Wahidul Alam, editor of The Bangladesh Monitor, said: "Following the devastating effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on travel and tourism in the last two years, the forthcoming Dhaka Travel Mart is expected to accelerate recovery of the sector."

Triplover: US-Bangla's online travel agency eyes to make a big difference
Online travel agency Triplover, a subsidiary of US-Bangla Group, eyes to make a big difference in Bangladesh's market, Md Kamrul Islam, general manager (public relations) of the Group, said Monday.
As airlines, hotels, motels, resorts, tour and travel agencies around the world were on the verge of closing down due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the US-Bangla Group came up with the idea of "Triplover," he added.

US-Bangla Airlines has included two Boeing 737-800 aircraft to its fleet.
With the inclusion of two Boeing 737s, the number of US-Bangla aircraft rose to 16.
Two Boeing 737-800 aircraft reached Dhaka’s Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 11:00 PM and 11:30 PM on Friday.

These two aircraft from Jordan has 189 economy class seats. US-Bangla is also going to start flights from Dhaka to Colombo, Sharjah, and Delhi route with this aircraft, said a media release.
Business development director of US-Bangla Airlines Capt. Lutfor Rahman and other officials of Civil Aviation Authority and US-Bangla Airlines were present at the at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport while receiving the aircraft.

US-Bangla announces Maldives tour package
US-Bangla Airlines will start direct flights from Dhaka to Male, the capital of Maldives, for the first time on November 19.
The US-Bangla holiday packages in the Maldives will be effective from November 19 to December 20. A minimum of Tk58,990 has been fixed per person, according to a media statement.
