Police in a drive arrested a prisoner, who escaped from Chattogram jail, from Ballakandi Char area in Raipur upazila of Narsingdi district.

An accused in a murder case died reportedly  under custody of Bagerhat Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) on Monday.

Mymensingh, Aug 22 (UNB) – A man accused of murder was killed in a reported gunfight with police at Chakua Daria intersection in Gafargaon upazila early Thursday.
