Police arrested a man from Aminbazar of Savar on charges of harassing women by making objectionable gestures and derogatory remarks on social media. The arrestee is Md. Khalid Mahmud, also known as Hridoy Khan. He threatened that women who do not wear hijabs would face sexual violence and made other offensive remarks targeting young girls.
