Detective Branch of Police (DB) has arrested two suspected members of a robbery gang from Jatrabari area on Monday night.

The Detective Branch of Police on Wednesday submitted the charge-sheet against JKG Healthcare’s chairman Dr Sabrina Sharmin Hussain and seven others in a case filed over issuing forged Covid-19 certificates.

Police on Tuesday handed over JKG Health Care Chairman Dr Sabrina to the Detective Branch (DB) of Police for interrogation as the case filed in connection with issuing fake Covid-19 test certificates has been transferred to DB.

A court here on Monday sentenced four people, including a couple, to death for their involvement in the killing of an eighth grader in Kamrangirchar area of the capital in 2012.
