Dhaka stocks witnessed a slight rise in the first hour of trading on Wednesday, while Chattogram saw a marginal decline. At the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the key index, DSEX, gained 6 points, while the Shariah-based DSES and the blue-chip index DS30 advanced by 2 points and 1 point respectively.
