A writ was filed with the High Court (HC) on Thursday, seeking directives to reopen all the educational institutions across the country.

Nineteen public universities, comprising specialised science and technology institutes as well as larger ones following general curricula, have fixed a set of minimum qualifications that must be met to be eligible to sit for their admission tests, under a cluster system for the next academic session.
