A spokesman for the Japanese government on Wednesday said the International Olympic Committee and local organizers are going as planned with the Tokyo Olympics despite the threat of the spreading coronavirus.

Bangladesh Archery Federation (BAF) will start their new year’s calendar with 4th ISSF International Solidarity World Ranking Archery Championship scheduled to begin on February 23 at Archery Training Centre at Shaheed Ahsanullah Master Stadium in Tongi.

Bangladesh’s premier Archer Mohammed Ruman Shana clinched the KOOL-BSPA Best Player of the Year’2019 award as he was selected the best sportsman of the year in 2019 for winning three gold medals in 13th South Asian Games in Nepal in December and for securing a spot for the Tokyo Olympics’2020 from the World Archery Championship in the Netherlands in June.
