At least two people were killed and 66 others were taken to hospital after an explosion ripped through a factory in China’s Inner Mongolia region on Sunday. According to China’s state news agency Xinhua, the blast occurred at a Baogang United Steel plant in Baotou city at around 3 pm local time. The explosion sent thick plumes of smoke into the sky and caused tremors in nearby areas.
