Footpaths overrun by hawkers, Shahbagh pedestrians forced onto busy road
Footpaths at the entrances to BIRDEM General Hospital and Shahbagh Metro Rail Station have been largely taken over by hawkers, forcing pedestrians onto busy roads and raising safety concerns.
The number of makeshift stalls has steadily increased, with vendors occupying almost the entire width of the sidewalks, leaving little room for people to walk
