At least two dozen people drowned and presumed dead after a boat carrying migrants bound for Europe capsized in the Mediterranean Sea off Libya, the UN migration agency said Tuesday.

The International Organization for Migration (IOM), the UN Migration Agency, donated a 16-seat microbus to Cox’s Bazar’s DC College -- a well-known educational institution in the district -- as a part of stepped-up efforts to support the host community.
