Former South Africa captain Faf du Plessis retired from test cricket on Wednesday after being denied the chance of a home farewell by Australia's decision to cancel next month's tour.

Captain of South Africa cricket team Faf du Plessis expressed his interest to take part in Bangladesh’s premium T20 league- Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). During a Facebook Live show with Tamim Iqbal on Wednesday night, Faf said he would love to take part in BPL in coming years. 

Faf du Plessis stepped down as captain of South Africa's test team on Monday ahead of an expected retirement from international cricket later this year.
