Finland has been ranked as the world's happiest country according to the World Happiness Report 2025. For the eighth consecutive year, this Nordic country is at the top of the happiness rankings in the annual report published by the Wellbeing Research Centre at the University of Oxford.  People's responses regarding assessing their personal lives were used to determine the rankings of each country. The study was conducted in collaboration with the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network and the analytics company Gallup. According to the survey, for instance, the happiest households are those with four to five members in Mexico and Europe.
