A day-long Fourth Women’s Mathematics Olympiad was held at AF Mujibur Rahman Ganit Bhaban of Dhaka University (DU) on Sunday.   The Women’s Mathematics Olympiad Committee and AF Mujibur Rahman Foundation, in association with the Department of Mathematics of DU, jointly organised this event to celebrate the International Women’s Day.   DU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman inaugurated the event as chief guest. Director of Women’s Mathematics Olympiad Committee Prof Dr Chandra Nath Podder presided over the inaugural function.
