Following a High Court order, the complaint filed by journalist Ariful Islam has been recorded  against former Kurigram Deputy Commissioner Sultana Pervin, Senior Assistant Commissioner (RDC) Nazim Uddin, two executive magistrates and 40 others in connection with his torture.

The palatial residence being constructed by Revenue Deputy Collector (RDC) of Kurigram Nazim Uddin, whose tales of notoriety from different corners of the country keep coming out like a river breaking its banks, at a Jashore village is attracting the attention of authorities concerned.
