Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Tuesday announced a tougher quarantine measure for the overseas returnees to prevent the COVID-19 spread.

Canada could see 22,580 to 31,850 COVID-19 cases and 500 to 700 deaths by April 16, the Public Health Agency of Canada said Thursday.
