Balloting in the 4th phase polls to 55 municipalities ended on Sunday afternoon amid reports of sporadic violence and irregularities.

The 4th phase election to 55 municipalities in different districts will be held on Sunday with participation of political parties in the mayoral race of the local bodies.

Candidates of the ruling Awami League have been unofficially elected from majority of the municipalities that went to polls on Saturday in the third phase, according to partial results.
