Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Tuesday expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of eminent engineer and National Professor Dr Jamilur Reza Choudhury.

Nobel Laureate Prof Muhammed Yunus on Tuesday expressed deep shock at the demise of National Professor Dr Jamilur Reza Choudhury.   "I have never thought of hearing such a sad news waking up in the morning. Prof Jamilur Reza Choudhury is my old friend. I am saddened that I have lost a very close friend," Prof Yunus said in a condolence message.    The National Professor passed away early Tuesday at a hospital in Dhaka. He was 77. President Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina have mourned his death.
