Police on Sunday arrested four people over the alleged gang-rape of a garment worker in Gazirhat area of Ashulia in Savar.

A man was arrested on Thursday for allegedly raping his sister-in-law in Konabari of Gazipur and threatening to share footage of the incident on social media.

The authorities of Denim Processing Plant Lt on Thursday allegedly assaulted two journalists for reporting the rape of a garment worker in Belasahar area of Chandina upazila.

A garment worker was reportedly killed after being raped in Gandagram village of Shajahanpur upazila early Friday.
