Khandaker Muniruzzaman, the acting editor and columnist of Daily Sangbad, has died while undergoing treatment for coronavirus at a city hospital at the age of 72.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Tuesday expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of acting Editor of Daily Sangbad Khandaker Muniruzzaman.

Potentially infected people gathered at Mugda Medical College and Hospital on Monday to submit their samples for Covid-19 tests.
