The rice mill owners, wholesalers, and middlemen are jointly involved in various schemes to make excessive profits, Agriculture Minister Md Abdur Razzaque alleged Sunday.

Food Minister Sadhan Chandra Majumder on Wednesday asked the mill owners to keep the rice market stable.
