The High Court has denied bail to JKG Healthcare Chairperson Dr Sabrina Sharmin Hussain in a case filed over issuing fake Covid-19 test reports and fraud.

The Detective Branch of Police on Wednesday submitted the charge-sheet against JKG Healthcare’s chairman Dr Sabrina Sharmin Hussain and seven others in a case filed over issuing forged Covid-19 certificates.

BNP on Thursday alleged that the ‘government’s policy’ is behind the rise of Regent Hospital chairman Mohammad Shahed and JKG Healthcare's chairman Dr Sabrina who indulged in fraudulence in the name of corona test. 

Police on Tuesday handed over JKG Health Care Chairman Dr Sabrina to the Detective Branch (DB) of Police for interrogation as the case filed in connection with issuing fake Covid-19 test certificates has been transferred to DB.

BNP on Monday wanted to know  as to why action is not being taken against the "godfathers" who abetted the owners of Regent Hospital and JKG Healthcare in deceiving people by providing false coronavirus certificates.
