BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam on Sunday described late finance minister M Saifur Rahman as a 'revolutionary reformer' and true patriot as he built the foundation of a vibrant economy of the country.

The 11th death anniversary of M Saifur Rahman, the country’s ex-finance minister, will be observed on Saturday.
