Ctg Depot Fire: DCCI expresses deep condolences at loss of lives
President and members of the Board of Directors of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI) on Sunday expressed their deep condolences and shock at the unexpected loss of lives of 37 people so far at the devastating fire incident happened at BM Container Depot at Sitakunda in Chattogram.
They also expressed their deep sorrow and profound sympathy to the bereaved family members.

DCCI also prayed for the early recovery of the wounded in this fire incident.
Moreover, Dhaka Chamber also emphasized to identify the cause of this unexpected incident and urged concerned authorities to be cautious in future, to avoid such loss of lives.

Hasina mourns Lata Mangeshkar’s sad demise
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Sunday conveyed her profound condolences to the government and the people of India over the sad passing away of Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar.In a letter to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, she mentioned that the people of Bangladesh mourn in solidarity with the people of India in this hour of grief.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Monday expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of former Gano Parishad member, former Zila Parishad Administrator, former acting district Awami League president and valiant Freedom Fighter Syed AKM Emdadul Bari.
Sheikh Hasina prayed for the eternal salvation of the departed soul and expressed sympathy to the bereaved family.
