Covid-19 fatalities in Bangladesh rose to 7,428 with 30 more deaths recorded in 24 hours until Saturday morning.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Sunday assured the people that the government has paid special attention to keeping them safe from coronavirus amid apprehensions of worsening virus situation in winter months.

Bangladesh’s confirmed coronavirus tally reached 360,555 on Monday after the health authorities recorded 1,407 cases.

The health authorities on Wednesday announced the deaths of 21 coronavirus patients in the past 24 hours – the lowest since Aug 1.
