Two men accused of gang-raping a woman in Magura Sadar Upazila have been arrested by the Rapid Action Battalion (Rab).

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) in a drive arrested another accused from Daudkandi in Cumilla early Wednesday in a case filed over molestation of a housewife in Begumganj upazila of Noakhali.

A Noakhali court put three more accused on different terms of remand in a case filed over the torture of a housewife in Begumganj upazila of Noakhali on Wednesday.

A rape case was filed against Delwar Hossain who has been arrested for molesting a housewife in Begumganj upazila of Noakhali.

The Noakhali molestation victim was previously raped several times at gun-point by the accused Delwar Hossain, said Al Mahmud Faizul Kabir, the director of investigation from the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) quoting the victim on Tuesday.
