A mobile court here on Thursday fined six drivers for blowing horns in the ‘No Horn Zone’ around the Secretariat in the city.

The surrounding areas of the Secretariat  have been declared  ‘No Horn Zone’ and the decision will become effective from December 17 aiming to prevent sound pollution.
