Marcel launches Digital Campaign Season 11 ahead of Eid-ul-Azha
Marcel has launched Digital Campaign Season 11 all over the country with many offers for customers under its "Eid Celebration" programme ahead of Eid-ul-Azha.
Under the offers, customers can enjoy cash benefits, discounts or cash vouchers upon the purchase of Marcel fridges, TVs or washing machines.

They can also buy Marcel's brand new freezers at a discounted price in exchange for their old or used fridges of any brand.
Marcel officials announced the benefits while launching "Digital Campaign Season-11" in the capital Saturday.

The electronics brand's distributors from all over the country attended the programme virtually.
Among others, Marcel Head of Sales Dr Shakhawat Hossen, Brand Ambassador Amin Khan, executive directors SM Zahid Hasan, Ariful Ambia, Shahjalal Hossain Limon, Rakib Uddin; Chief Human Resources Officer Mohammad Kamruzzaman, Senior Deputy Executive Director Rabiul Alam Bhuiyan and Digital Campaign Coordinator Nazmul Hossain Evan were also present, read a press release.

Marcel Digital Campaign Season-10 begins
Bangladeshi electronics brand Marcel has started Season-10 of its digital campaign across the country.
Under the campaign, consumers – buying Marcel fridge, television, air conditioner and washing machine – will have the opportunity to get another AC, TV or fan for free. They can also get cashback, cash vouchers or discounts.

The launch of "Digital Campaign Season 10" was announced at separate declaration programmes held at Marcel corporate office in the capital on Thursday.
Marcel is conducting a digital campaign to build a customer database for ensuring swift and faster after-sales service.

In the digital registration process, the details of the customers and their purchased products including the name of the customer, contact number and the model number of the purchased product are being stored on a server so that customers can avail hassle-free after-sales service from any Marcel service centre, even if the warranty card is lost.
Marcel has 76 service centres under ISO-certified service management across the country to provide fast and best after-sales service, read a press release.
