Vivo to launch 20 more service centres
Smartphone maker vivo is set to launch 20 more service centres in Bangladesh, which will take the number to 40.
Customers can now get service within an hour from vivo 20 service centres in Dhaka, Chattagram, Mymensingh, Rangpur, Khulna, Barishal, Bogura, Narayangonj, Narsingdi, Sylhet, Cumilla, Gazipur, Rajshahi, Savar, Cox's Bazar, Jashore, Patuakhali, and Tangail.

The use and demand for smartphones have increased amid the ongoing pandemic. Responding to the higher demands for service, vivo has announced its plans to ramp up the number of its service centre facilities.
Vivo also plans to launch a country-wide 24/7 operational courier management service. This service will ensure that vivo smartphones and accessories can reach remote areas of the country.

Also, to ensure uninterrupted service during the lockdown, vivo brand stores have been turned into temporary pick up points. Customers can drop their devices off at these stores and get them back from there after service.
