Online marketplace Daraz has recently recruited three differently-abled persons to encourage the inclusion of these people into mainstream society.  People with disabilities are among the most vulnerable and economically disadvantaged groups in Bangladesh. However, different organisations are now stepping forward to create employment opportunities for these individuals. The online marketplace has hired three persons who have all the acumen and calibre necessary to work in a competitive office defying their physical challenges. They went through a rigorous recruitment process and matched all the job requirements. These individuals joined Daraz as quality control officers under the operations department.
