2 Rohingyas nabbed by APBn in Ukhia
Members of Armed Police Battalion (APBn) on Sunday arrested two suspected Rohingya criminals from Kutupalong camp area of Ukhia in Cox's Bazar district.
The law enforcers also recovered one local made pistol, one 24-inch ramda (local variation on cleaver) and 495 pieces contraband yaba pills from their possession.
Based on secret information, a team of Kutupalong camp under the ApBn-14 battalion arrested the two armed Rohingya at around 5:30 pm, says Additional SP Mohammad Ziaul Haque of Airport Armed Police (AAP) here on Sunday evening.
The arrestees were identified according to a message received here In connection with the arrest of two armed Rohingya terrorists with a domestic pistol, a 24-inch Ramada and 495 pieces of Yaba tablets based on intelligence information.
One country made pistol, a 24 inch Ramda and 495 pieces of yaba tablets were recovered from their possessions. They were secretly conducting drug activities in the camp area, including conducting terrorist activities. A case is being filed in this regard with local police station, he said.
However, names of the two arrested armed Rohinghya nationals were not being disclosed immediately.

20 Rohingyas who fled Bhasanchar arrested in Chattogram
Twenty Rohingyas who had fled Bhasanchar in Noakhali were arrested in Jorarganj area of Mirsarai upazila in Chattogram on Saturday .
Among the arrestees, 11 were children, five women and four men.
The arrestees are Md Abdur Rahman, 27, Setara Begum, 20, Md Sabbir 26, Sanchita begum, Rajiya Begum, 23, Nurul Karim, 20, Salma Khatun, 50, Jamal Hossain, 24, Nur Kayda, 25, Rumana, 6, Nur Fatema, 3, Md Ayaz,8, Jannat Ara, 4, Kismat Ara Begum, 2, Mariam, 8, Abul Kashem,7, Md Ayat, 4, Setara, 5, Jannat Ara,1, and Osman Gani aged eight months.

Officer-in-Charge of Jorarganj police station Helal Uddin said tipped off, police arrested the Rohingyas and produced them before a court after filing a case.
Investigation is going on to find out who had helped them to flee, said the OC.
Meanwhile, locals said they informed police when a boat carrying a group of Rohingyas reached the coast adjacent to Mirsarai Economic Zone area.

The Rohingyas were travelling towards Kutupalong Rohingya camp in Teknaf, they said.

Cash, gold dug out from Ukhiya camp, Rohingya couple held
Two Rohingyas were held Saturday as members of the Airport Armed Police Battalion (APBn) recovered foreign and Bangladeshi currency, gold and gold bars upon digging the floor of their house in Kutupalong camp in Ukhiya.
The arrestees were identified as Md Ayub and his wife Nure Nesa.
They were arrested during a drive in Rohingya Camp-5 in Kutupalong on Saturday night.
Tipped off, a team of APBn members posted in the camp conducted the drive and arrested Ayub and Nure Nesa, he said. 14th APBn commander SP Md. Naimul Haque said digging the mud floor of the arrestee's house, 31,74,870 Kyat, Tk 26,03,120, three gold bars and gold ornaments were recovered
14 APBn police will file a case in this connection with the Ukhiya police station.
