Dense fog and a cold wave are disrupting everyday life in Kurigram. The sun is hiding behind the clouds for most of the time.

The hustle and bustle of everyday life came to a stop in Kurigram on Friday as a mild cold wave swept across the area. 

Four people including three members of a family were killed and two others injured when a bus hit a private car on Rangpur-Kurigram highway in Sadar upazila of Kurigram district on Thursday.

The Kurigram General Hospital has admitted 216 patients suffering from various cold-related diseases in the last 24 hours.
