FIFA friendly: Malaysia women's football team to arrive in Dhaka Tuesday
The Malaysian women's football team will arrive at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka in the small hours of Tuesday to play two FIFA international friendlies against Bangladesh.
The matches will be held Thursday and Sunday at 6pm at the Bir Shreshtha Shaheed Shipahi Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Kamlapur.
Tuesday, ahead of the friendlies, Bangladesh will take to the field at the Kamlapur Stadium from 3:30pm to 5pm and the visitor from 5:30 to 7:30pm.

AFC Women's Asian Cup: Bangladesh to play Iran in last group match on Wednesday
Bangladesh National Women's Football team will play Islamic Republic of Iran on Wednesday in their last Group G match of the AFC Women's Asian Cup India 2022 Qualifiers.
The match will kick-off at 4 pm Bangladesh Time at the Bunyodkor Football Stadium in Tashkent.
Bangladesh made a frustrating start in the three-team Group G of the AFC Cup after suffering a humiliating 0-5 goal defeat against stronger Jordan at the same venue last Sunday, featuring a hattrick by Jordan captain Maysha Ziad Jbarah.
Ahead of the match against Iran, Bangladesh team made their gym and activation session at the team hotel Tuesday morning from 11:30 to 12:30 pm and had their practice session at the training ground of the match venue in the afternoon from 4 pm to 5:30 pm.
Earlier, BFF member and chairman of its women’s wing Mahfuza Akhter Kiron, now in Uzbekistan, announced a special award for Bangladesh team amounting to US $ 3,000 for win and US $ 1000 for a draw, but, Bangladesh are far away from achieving the target after conceding a huge defeat.

Only the group champions will qualify for the final round of the AFC Women's Asian Cup in India next year.
On way to Uzbekistan, Bangladesh Women's team played two FIFA Tier-1 Women's International Friendlies against Nepal National Women's team in Kathmandu recently as a part of their preparations for this month's AFC Women's Asian Cup Qualifiers.
In two preparatory matches in Kathmandu, visiting Bangladesh women’s team conceded 1-2 goal in the first match and played to a goalless draw in the 2nd match.
It is mentionable that Bangladesh national women's team returned to international football after more than two and half years with the matches since playing the semifinal of SAFF Championship with India in March 2019.

FIFA Tier-1 friendly series:Women's team to play against Nepal Thursday
Bangladesh National Women's Football team will play the first of the two- match FIFA Tier-1 International friendly series against Nepal National Women's team on Thursday.
The match will kick-off at 5:15 pm (Bangladesh time) at the Dasharath Stadium in Nepalese capital Kathmandu.
It will be the first international match for Bangladesh national women's booters after more than two and a half years since playing the semifinal of SAFF Championship against India in March 2019.
Ahead of the Thursday's match, Bangladesh team made their conditioning, gym and pool session at the team hotel Wednesday morning.

All the players of Bangladesh team are in sound health and fully fit ahead of their first match.
In a pre-match press conference on Wednesday, Bangladesh captain Sabina Khatun said, "We are working hard for the last few months and we want to give something to the country through tomorrow’s match (against Nepal), and to maintain our position in the AFC Women's Asian Cup Qualifiers"
Head Coach of Bangladesh team Golam Rabbani Chotan said, "Our girls are playing together for the last few years in different levels and age groups, they have a good relation and understanding ,if they are able to give their best, then we expect a good result tomorrow".
Bangladesh team will play the 2nd friendly match against their Nepalese counterpart on Sunday (Sept 12) before flying for Uzbekistan on Tuesday (Sept 14) to participate in the AFC Women's Asian Cup India '2022 Qualifiers there from Sept 19-24.
Bangladesh Women's, which was placed in Group G of the Asian meet with stronger Jordan and IR Iran, will play Jordan on Sept 19 and IR Iran on Sept 22, both in Tashkent.

Women's Football: Bangladesh have their first practice sessions in Nepal
Bangladesh National Women's Football team, now in Nepal, held a conditioning, gym and practice session in Kathmandu on Tuesday, after all the players and coaching staff of the team tested negative for Covid-19.
Touring Bangladeshi women booters had strength, conditioning and gym sessions at the team hotel in the morning from 10:30 am to 12 noon and had an outdoor practice session in the afternoon at the ATF Stadium in Halchowk from 3 pm to 4:30 pm.
The sky of Kathmandu was cloudy on Tuesday and witnessed light rain during Bangladesh practice session.
Earlier on Monday, a 32- member Bangladesh Women's team reached Kathmandu on way to Uzbekistan by a chartered flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines to play two FIFA Tier-1 International friendly football there.

A 32-member national women's football team reached Nepal Monday on a chartered flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines to play two FIFA tier-1 international football friendly matches against the hosts.
Bangladesh team landed in Tribhuvan International Airport at 10:30am Nepal time and got tested for Covid-19 at the team hotel in Kathmandu.

After receiving their Covid reports Tuesday, the touring Bangladesh players will start practising in the afternoon.
The touring Bangladesh team will play against Nepal on September 9 and 12 at the Dasharath Stadium in Kathmandu ahead of their AFC Women's Asian Cup 2022 India qualifiers.
The match on Thursday will be the first international fixture for the national women's team in more than two and a half years after playing the semifinal of the SAFF Championship against India in March 2019.

A 31-member national women's football team will fly to Nepal early Monday on a chartered flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines to play two FIFA tier-1 international football friendly matches against the hosts.
The touring Bangladesh team will play against Nepal on September 8 and 12 at the Dasharath Stadium in Kathmandu ahead of their AFC Women's Asian Cup 2022 India qualifiers.
