The left-handed batter returned home on Thursday morning after sustaining the blow. He will now undergo a rehabilitation program under the medical department of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB). The left-handed batter has been going through a bad patch for a long time now. He has earlier withdrew himself from the ICC T20 World Cup which is set to begin in Oman on October 17. He last played a competitive cricket match in Zimbabwe early this year. He was working under the guidance of the physio of the national team. He started to bat for the last three days, and he has no complaints.
