Prime Minister  and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina on Wednesday expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Mymensingh’s Gafargaon pourashava unit Awami League president Abdul Halim Manik.  She prayed for the eternal salvation of the departed soul and expressed sympathy to the bereaved family. Abdul Halim Manik breathed his last this afternoon at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University. He was 74.
