A woman was electrocuted to death in Kedarnagar village of Chuadanga's Alamdanga upazila on Tuesday night, police said. The deceased was identified as Rowshon Ara, wife of Asabul Haque of the village. A member of Bangladesh Navy was electrocuted to death at Karnaphuli in Chattogram early Friday. The deceased was identified as Wahidul Islam Riaz, 25, son of Zafar Ahmed of Lakhsmipur district. Police said Wahidul was accidentally electrocuted after getting in contact with an electric wire in the early hours of Friday at Banauja Julda Nirvik basecamp.
